I loved how convenient the location was. We could easily explore the area and enjoy a nice dinner with my cousin nearby. The air conditioning kept the room comfortably cool.

My wife says that bathroom amenities for families need improvement.

Though the location was nice. Breakfast options were satisfactory and free drink incentives for housekeeping were a pleasant surprise.

Staff reception was often unhelpful and communication was poor! Frequent noise disturbances through thin walls and poorly maintained facilities marred the experience, leaving much to be desired.

I found a few convenient food options nearby for takeaway, but the best choices were definitely found downtown. I enjoyed the proximity to the river. On the downside, the lack of a phone in the room made contacting the desk inconvenient. The soap dispensers were nearly empty and frustrating to use. Thin walls allowed me to hear slamming doors at all hours, disrupting my sleep at times. Despite this, I appreciated the overall calm and safe atmosphere of the area .

Stayed in a Standard Twin Room. Clean, modern decor, with great in-room amenities like kettles. Proximity to a bus stop made exploring easy. Limited dining options beyond breakfast can be an inconvenience. Check-in was a bit impersonal, lacked warmth.

the shower pressure was a bit weak. but the room had tea and coffee making facilities that were great! and being able to open the windows fully was a bonus. loved the cozy atmosphere in the bar 😊.
